Comprehensive Heat Treat Specialists was formed in 2009 by Bob McCulley as he retired from Chrysler Corp. Bob had managed the massive heat treat operations at Chrysler's Kokomo Transmission Plant for over 20 years. He now offers his expertise and experience along with that of his extensive network to both commercial and captive heat treaters.
