Paul Suwijn (Swain), President, enjoyed twenty years in new Gear Machine Product Design and Gear Process R & D at the Gleason Works, in Rochester, NY before establishing GRT. He served as Principal Engineer for New Product Technology, at that business.

We serve businesses both large and small, with equal attention. Our customers include GMPT, Eaton, Ford, DCX, Getrag, Deere, Curtiss-Wright, Lift-Tech, Baldor, Insco, AAMGT, Gear Motions and many others.

Our Rochester-based manufacturer is an ISO 9001 certified, 60-employee grinding specialist established over 50 years. We maintain our testing office at that facility.
