The 26th annual Coordinate Metrology Systems Conference (CMSC) is organized by the Coordinate Metrology Society (CMS), the membership association for measurement professionals. This five-day event is the only North American conference that caters solely to professionals using portable 3D coordinate measurement technology on manufacturing factory floors and in science laboratories. Attendees include both expert and novice quality professionals, metrologists, manufacturing executives, scientists, students, teachers and more. In addition to white paper presentations, the conference also features workshops, standards seminars, user group meeting and networking events. The 2010 CMSC exhibitor hall features companies showcasing portable measurement systems (PCMMs), software, accessories, peripherals and inspection and measurement services catering to the needs of the industrial measurement marketplace. PCMM technology exhibited at the conference includes industrial photogrammetry solutions, laser trackers, laser radars, GPS systems, laser scanners, laser projection systems, articulating arms, theodolites and more.
