Topics such as generating coordinates for the mold cavity, creating ASCII, IGES and DXF files, allowing for radial and axial shrinkage, inspection and quality control issues and discussion of design assignments are covered on the second day. A tour of Forest City Gear is offered, as well as one-on-one time with an instructor to discuss design problems. Knowledge of TK Solver is a pre-requisite. $1,250.
