The InductoScan modular heat treat system from Inductoheat is designed to increase versatility, reduce maintenance and installation costs, and increase accessibility. According to the company’s press release, the InductoScan is designed to work with Inductoheat’s stock power supply sizes of 150, 200 and 300 kW, 3-50 kHz, and 45 and 90 kW at 200kHz or is easily adaptable to standard or existing power supplies. It comes equipped with the state-of-the art Windows based PC-HMI software package, providing recipe storage and retrieval. The vertical processing towers that can accommodate parts varying in lengths up to 40" are available, with faster index speeds of 0-8"second. InductoScan’s wider 22" door, enlarged cabinet, and swing arm mounted HMI give greater accessibility and ease of set up. The InductoScan takes up little floor space and requires minimal electricity.
