Cleaning Technologies Group, LLC announced that Helene M. Buse has been named chief financial officer effective January 1, 2013. Buse will be responsible for all finance and accounting operations of the company and its divisions. Buse was previously corporate controller. She joined Cleaning Technologies Group in October 2011.  She has an extensive background in both manufacturing and public accounting, and is a CPA.  She holds a degree in Accounting from The College of Mount St. Joseph. Buse is a member of the AICPA, OSCPA and is the current vice president of the Cincinnati Chapter of Executive Women International. Buse said, “I am honored to make this step to CFO and to be part of a great leadership team who continues to grow the Company in the global marketplace.” McCormack, the current CFO, announced his retirement at the end of 2012, but will remain with the company as vice president - finance through 2013 to assist in the transition. McCormack has been with Cleaning Technologies Group, LLC for over 10 years. “Helene has the requisite knowledge and experience to perform at a high level in her new position,” said McCormack.
