As the American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA) enters its 107th year, I am proud to represent our thriving industry as its Chair for 2023–2024. As Chair, Michael Cinquemani pledges to continue to support AGMA's strategic vision of delivering power transmission innovation. From 2020 to 2022 I had the honor of serving as the AGMA Chair.
