Inductoheat Expands After-Market Service
Inductoheat has expanded its aftermarket service department.
According to the companys press release, service is provided for heat treat equipment along with all Inductoheat, Welduction and IPE Cheston installations in the Americas and is led by personnel at the Madison Heights, MI, facility.
Each engineer is supported by a network of diagnostic tools and support staff. Inductoheat offers 24-hour emergency on-site service and promises to have a service engineer on site within 24 hours (depending upon flight availability), anywhere within the continental United States. Field service engineers are available for repair, rebuild and preventive maintenance of induction heating equipment. Hands-on training is available at customer sites as well.
