The CTI Symposium has put out its call for papers for its 2018 Germany and China symposiums.

Worldwide, the automotive industry is undergoing a major technological transformation. A rollout of electric cars and commercial vehicles is expected from 2020 on, backed by governmental regulations, comparatively long ranges, an adequate infrastructure and, a few years later, cost parity with conventional vehicles.

Electrification, automation and the digital transformation are changing the automotive industry and drive technology, especially their development and production processes. How will market-specific constraints influence drivetrain and transmission development? What new drive concepts, topologies and components will we see? What role will factors such as software, AI and Big Data play?

If you are part of this highly dynamic process within the automotive industry, CTI Symposia are the ideal place to share your solutions and findings! Deadlines for submissions are April 1.
