Speedgrip Chuck, Inc. has been acquired by an affiliate of the Stratford-Cambridge Group.

Speedgrip was founded in 1946 and operates and distributes its products out of its facility in Elkhart, Ind. The company has a strong commitment to its customers, quality, engineering and its employees. It is a nationally recognized leader in the workholding industry for its ability to engineer and deliver highly customized solutions for its clients around the globe.

The acquirer, Stratford-Cambridge Group, is a private investment firm focused on buying and building value within Midwest-headquartered industrial companies.
