The Samputensili SG 160 Skygrind is the first gear dry grinding machine in the world with a patented process. A ground-breaking concept that totally eliminates the need for cutting oils during the grinding of gears after heat treatment with a significant reduction in the cost of consumables and a considerable improvement of environmental impact.

Moreover, following the recent agreement with CLC, a well-known and reputable Italian producer of gear hobbing and shaping machines, Samputensili has entered the market of gear cutting machines. As evidence of this enlarged product portfolio, the newly created company Samputensili CLC S.r.l. will display at the EMO the CLC 260 H – a high performance modular horizontal gear hobbing machine that could be customized for any type of gear or shaft up to a total length of 2,000 mm.

Additionally, a wide selection of gear cutting tools such as hobs, shaper cutters, shaving cutters, etc., enriched with new innovative materials and coatings and enhanced by the worldwide partnership with Star SU, will be on show.

The INNO Tools represents the new Samputensili series able to offer customers a tool with a new level of performance. In fact, this state-of-the-art tools family increases the tool life significantly compared to the standard tools, ensuring higher productivity and reduced costs.
