Klingelnberg Welcomes Japanese Industry Association JGMA
The Klingelnberg Group had the honor of welcoming representatives of the Japan Gear Manufacturers Association (JGMA) on 25 November 2025, at its locations on Gustav-Adolf-Klingelnberg-Straße in Hückeswagen-Winterhagen and Peterstraße in Hückeswagen (Germany).
The JGMA, headquartered in Tokyo, is the leading association of Japanese gear manufacturers and stands for innovation, quality, and the advancement of the industry—both nationally and internationally. The association maintains close relationships with partners worldwide to drive innovation and establish global standards.
During the visit, inspiring discussions took place, providing new impulses for collaboration and exchange between the companies. The Klingelnberg Group took the opportunity to showcase its expertise and technologies while fostering dialogue on future developments in the industry.
On behalf of the Japan Gear Manufacturers Association, Yoshinori Kikuchi (Chairman of JGMA and President of Kikuchi Gear Co., Ltd.), Masakatsu Ueda (Managing Director of JGMA and President of Ueda Heavy Gear Works Ltd.), and Takashi Utsugi (President of JGMA) expressed their gratitude for the warm welcome and generous hospitality. The delegation emphasized that the discussions held during the visit would make a significant contribution to the association's future activities. Furthermore, the importance of strengthening the relationship between the Klingelnberg Group and JGMA was highlighted.
