With over 35 years of professional experience, Dr. Schmidt has worked in various sectors, including the Department of Defense, commercial manufacturing, consulting, and academia. He has held academic appointments at two universities, achieving the rank of full professor before joining his current firm. Additionally, he is a licensed professional engineer in two states.
