Rosanna Molinaro studied aeronautical engineering at Politecnico di Torino, Italy. Since 1997, she has worked as a fatigue specialist in the Helicopters Division of Leonardo, Italy, where her work supports the structural integrity and fatigue substantiation of helicopter components.
