This makes it possible to gain insights into cause-and-effect relationships for individual machines or the entire production process. High-frequency recording of machine movements and control information provides insights into the machine’s individual performance spectrum — a unique machine fingerprint. These signals can be analyzed, archived evaluated for tolerance, and compared using Smart Tracing.
