The Rex-Cut Fusion Flap Disc combines two types of abrasive layers for one-step grinding and finishing. According to the company’s press release, the flap disc is longer- lasting than traditional surface conditioning discs. They’re offered in coarse, medium and very fine grits in 4 1/2" and 5" sizes.  

The Fusion Flap Disc is suitable for use on stainless steel and aluminum. Applications include removing welds, light burs, and surface roughness on all types of fabrications including chassis, vessels and handrails. The discs are sold in packs of five with a retail price of $59.95.
