Gleason Corporation Appoints Bijal Thakkar President and Chief Operating Officer
Gleason Corporation has appointed Bijal Thakkar as President and Chief Operating Officer, effective July 6, 2026.
With Bijal Thakkar’s appointment, Gleason reinforces its commitment to long-term growth while remaining focused on delivering innovative solutions that help customers succeed in an increasingly dynamic global marketplace.

Bijal Thakkar has more than 20 years of experience in senior strategic and business development positions across a broad range of manufacturing organizations. Most recently, she served as Vice President and General Manager of a major division at TE Connectivity. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Trane Technologies, Johnson Controls, Siemens, and General Electric.
