Jergens new Quick-Loc 2 Pallet system boasts an improved design that engages pull studs inside the receiver, plus a hardened coating for long life and durability. The range is compatible with all existing top tooling, ensuring repeatability of 0.0003″ and providing clamping forces of nearly 14,000 lbs. 

Jergens will demonstrate its 5CV 130mm self-centering vise at this year’s FITMA show in Mexico City, Mexico, June 20th-22nd.  The vise features clamping forces up to 3,600 lbs. and offers important advantages for five-axis machining applications. Among those are the reduction of ‘jaw lift’ that can occur due to flex that allows the workpiece to raise up during the clamping process. To combat this errant force, the vise jaws have been engineered with a pull-down design to ensure clamping and minimize lift. 

Rego-Fix will feature high-precision toolholding especially suited for the demands of satellite, telescope, rocket and other sophisticated part production at SATELLITE 2023 and the company's reCool retrofittable coolant-through system and powRgrip tool holders will be showcased at EASTEC 2023.
